Who is it aimed at?
The capsules are primarily aimed at trans and non-binary women, who are vulnerable and have less access to state subsidies during quarantine.

Observations
Since 2012, REPADIS has been a platform for independent activists and grassroots LGBTI organizations. Its objective is to develop political advocacy actions to achieve a state free of discrimination against members of the LGBTI community. The news program aired on Sundays starting October 18th, broadcast via Facebook Live with the support of the Canadian Embassy in Paraguay.
