Addressing emergency situations of LGBTIQ+ people in the context of the pandemic.
What services do we offer?
Crisálida has a support program for LGBTQ+ people that distributes groceries and hygiene kits. It provides free assistance with applications for the Potenciar Trabajo program, registration for various public and private programs, and assistance with hospital appointments to access medications and treatments. This program is supported by the Tucumán Housewives Union (SACRA), Putos Peronistas Tucumán, LesWarmi (an Indigenous lesbian, bisexual, and trans women's group), Tortas Peronistas de Tucumán, Familias Diversas de Tucumán, the Red de Mujeres Solidarias (Network of Solidarity Women), Grupa Trans, and Matria (an institute focused on gender issues).
Who is it aimed at?
To LGBTIQ+ people who faced situations of extreme vulnerability during the pandemic.
How to help
Donations of goods and hygiene items are collected from the home of the person who offered the help.
