The call for justice for the triple lesbian murder and attack in Barracas is spreading around the world.

On the Day Against LGBT Hate, there will be calls for justice for the triple lesbicide and attack in different parts of Argentina and the world.

If you know of any calls for proposals that are not included in this article, you can write to us at contacto@agenciapresentes.org and we will add them.

May 17th is the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia . At Presentes, we prefer not to use the term "phobia" because it's not an illness : we're talking about LGBT hate.

That day seeks to promote actions to raise awareness and fight against discrimination and hate.

This year, following the triple lesbicide and attack on four lesbians in a family hotel in Barracas , actions to demand justice are multiplying, beyond the City of Buenos Aires, where it was perpetrated.

In Argentina

Buenos Aires

Casa Brandon celebrates its 19th anniversary and is organizing a cultural event to support the victims of the attack and triple murder of lesbians: "On the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia, we will come together to embrace each other and raise money for the victims of the triple murder in Barracas." The event aims to raise funds for the victims of the triple murder in Barracas and strengthen support networks through a collective embrace.

The Pampas

There will be an event against LGBT hate in the UNLPam hall. Bring flags and slogans.

Mar del Plata

The Mar del Plata Lesbian Identities Assembly calls for strengthening the community and providing support as a form of resistance against political and symbolic violence.

They were set on fire for being lesbians.
They were set on fire for being poor lesbians.
They were set on fire for being poor lesbians building community.
They were set on fire for not being functional to the system.
They were set on fire with a bomb while they slept.

Impeach Javier Milei.
Public policies for women and the LGBTQ+ community. INADI must not be touched. Open the Ministry of Women, Gender and Diversity.

They were set on fire for being lesbians.
They were set on fire for being poor lesbians.
It was a triple lesbicide, a massacre.
They kill us for deviating from the norm. They kill us for our desires.
They were harassed for months, amid the complicit silence of many. While government officials and their ideologues spew hatred against our community. The murder was premeditated and enabled by a context that condones it. #TheStateIsResponsible
We demand justice for Pamela, Roxana, and Andrea, murdered for being lesbians, and for Sofía, who is still hospitalized.
