From the Agencia Presentes networks, we ask our community of diverse artists for recommendations to kick off the year with pure energy and pride.
Here are some of the suggestions they made to us.
Noah Blanco
Born in Uruguay and currently living in Chile, this trans artist is a musician, composer, and producer.
His album 'Nene' is a must-hear, ranging from pop to folk with incredible magic and always featuring lyrics that highlight the struggles of the LGBT+ community.
Okay Noin
Singer-songwriter of indie folk music. He is trans and autistic. His music blends autobiography with the exploration of new sounds. This is evident in songs like 'Transmasculine', 'Feminist Reggaeton', and 'It's Not Just Pain': "A song set in Cunco , a small town in southern Chile where I live and where I experienced all these processes of depression, mental health diagnoses, gender transition, and the death of my grandfather, who fulfilled the role of a father to me and was the person who most encouraged me to make music ," he said in an interview.
KUIR
Kuir is a music production company
that blends sounds like UK Dark Ambient, US Mainstream Future Bass, Chilean Reggaeton, and Canadian Midtempo Bass, striving to revolutionize the Chilean music industry with its strong combination of genres.
Itala of love
Folk singer and songwriter. Self-taught, empirical artist. Multidisciplinary. Trans, non-binary, and mixed-race.
This decolonial transvestite mixes her beats and music with powerful voices like that of Hija de Perra, creating an artivist event in every performance and listen.
Javiera Electra
Electra Hernández is a singer-songwriter and performing artist whose musical project is called Javiera Electra. A nomadic artist, she began performing on public transportation and in community kitchens. In November 2023, she debuted with her EP Reprís, which took her on tour throughout Chile.
Makary Flow
Makary Flow arrives with her Rap🎤Fusion⚡️Sudak. As a queer activist (NB-ND), she presents herself on social media as a musician, singer, cajón player, dancer, percussionist, and educator of Afro-Peruvian-Latin dance and percussion.
You can listen to her song 'Sácame el deseo' online and follow her to attend her performances, which are often accompanied by collective activism.
Les Cotites

Brawlio
Braulio is a producer and DJ. NB
recently released his EP "La Flor del Campo", a poetic and electronic reinterpretation of ancestral verses created together with Mariano Sorá.
In «Coplas para amar o morir» in collaboration with El Remolón, they take compilations by Leda Valladares and decide to go a little further: “Our versions preserve a gene of the original seed but we take the liberty of going further, reviewing the outdated words and sexist expressions, to print a modern audio with an electronic imprint.”
Kndelah
Kndelah brings queer rap and electronic folk songs, a South American mix. He's a singer, MC, and music producer.
"I fuse Latin American rhythms with electronic beats, I play the caja (a type of drum), and I freestyle. All that mix, that Creole surrealism, typical of the Third World with an Argentinian touch influenced by the queer rock and pop that came before us."
LOTUS
Comprised of Chezco Beats, Nahiel Dornell, Fawn Pereyra, Jaz Levitán, and Nicolas Aizinas, LOTO is a musical project that encompasses various tropical genres, such as reggaeton and cumbia.
“We come from certain backgrounds, and incorporating the accordion or the flamenco guitar that Ada brings gives a twist to this mainstream musical genre. We have these ideas of making danceable music, but we also want listeners to be able to sit back and enjoy it if they want. We value that dual aspect,” explains Nahiel Dornell, a trans artist, accordionist, composer, and teacher, in a conversation with the website El Numeral.
Santa Babi
Santa Babi sings what she dances and sweats what she expresses; from her first album "Mostris" she invites us to take her on "a transvestite journey to the unknown"
"In Mostris we give life to a different entity, which is in your body, in your experience. Sometimes you are more daring, sometimes you have more fears, you ask yourself different things," she told the radio program La Tarde de Las Pibas.

Faun Mermaid
FaunoSirena is a poetic-musical duo composed of Vir del Mar (poems and voice) and Fausto Nicolini (guitar, flute and voice).
As part of the TTNB (transvestite, trans, non-binary) community, they seek to generate new narratives from the scene based on their own voice, and thus undermine popular imaginaries.
Their mythological fusion creates a multitasking universe that never stops shining on stage, and we recommend an unmissable gem: 'Don't be so intense', it's a great song to share with friends.
Didi Giovanni
DiDi Giovanni creates electronic music and presents himself as a #MusicalStoryTeller, a concept that tells stories through this art form.
His creations invite listeners to reconnect with the values of #PLUR: peace, love, unity, and respect.
FIFI:
Fifí is a cross-border artist we first encountered through her queer approach to tango, and now, with her new album 'PostCringe,' she immerses us in her electronic side "to deliver a techno-pop testimony from someone who returned from the dead to the dance floor."
The music video 'Invocame,' directed by audiovisual artist Julián Merlo, is a journey of neo-bacchanal and homage.
