When we say that a person with HIV is undetectable and cannot transmit the virus, we are not saying that condoms should be stopped. Many sexually transmitted infections and even unwanted pregnancies can be prevented thanks to the use of condoms. For example, cases of syphilis have tripled in Argentina, and this can be prevented by using protection.
