Cordoba: Municipal official accused of transphobia

Oscar Perassi, deputy director of Neighborhood Policies, addressed Noemí Maldonado, president of a neighborhood association, as "sir" and "gentleman," according to a complaint filed with the National Institute Against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI). LGBTQ+ organizations are calling for a demonstration on Wednesday at City Hall.
