According to the Movilh website, Dr. Juan Carlos Andia's new Psychiatry Center explicitly offers "sexual orientation treatment" at the Maipú Center Building, located at Avenida Pajaritos 3195, office 510. This information appeared in issue number 370 of January 2018 of Perfil Comercial magazine, which is distributed free of charge in the local community and whose slogan is "the best information on health, education, and services." Sexual orientation treatment is listed alongside treatments for "depression, phobias, panic attacks, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, sexual dysfunction, and premature ejaculation."
What does the WHO say?
According to the WHO, any treatment of sexual orientations has harmful effects on people that can lead to suicides and in all cases are categorized as torture because they go against the identity of the people, who are confused with results that, far from being affective, only cause harm.

In addition to demanding an investigation into the complaint, sanctions against those responsible, and the cessation of all such services, Movilh accused the Ministry of Health and the Superintendency of “failing to act with due speed and of being indifferent to the centers that have been reported, as they continue to operate with total impunity, jeopardizing the emotional and physical well-being of individuals.” In a letter addressed to the Superintendent of Health, Jaime Junyent Ruiz, Movilh reported the abuses and reiterated that “any medical practice that seeks to reverse or treat sexual orientation and associates it with disorders or illnesses, as is the case here, violates the physical and emotional stability of individuals, and it is the State’s duty to eradicate it from society as soon as it becomes aware of these practices, as required by the Pan American Health Organization in the document ‘Cure for a Disease That Doesn’t Exist.’ These procedures are also rejected in the Ministry of Health’s official discourse.” Just over a month ago, Movilh denounced the Restoration Foundation for offering the same treatment in Santiago, "however, we have not received any news about it, despite the fact that these are very serious events that violate the human rights of people who are treated in this type of institution every day," Movilh stated. We are Present
